5 Latest Best Bezel Less Phones under 20000 in India
Mobile phones are in a loop of constant upgradation and change that happens over a few months, weeks, or even days. The hot new feature of today may be a thing of the past tomorrow. Smartphones see more upgrades than any other device in the tech world, and that is why they are worthy of discussion every time something new pops up. These new trends aren’t always user-friendly but for the most part, they add to the overall experience.
The Smartphone world is now currently caught in a whirlwind of the Bezel-Less Display. This trend has sprung so many devices that claim an 18:9 Aspect ratio or 19:9 Aspect ratio and thin bezels. Not all of them are praiseworthy though as they are more of a hurried off product than a carefully designed improvement. The higher aspect ratio and thin bezels allow for smaller sized phones but with larger screens. This is the principle of the Bezel- Less Fashion and that’s what we will be discussing. We will be listing the top 5 best bezel-less phones in India.

Here are the Top 5 Best Bezel Less Phones under 20000 Rs in India
- The Oppo F7 features the newest MediaTek Helio P60 Octa-Core Processor which gives it an advantage over other devices in our list of best bezel-less phones.
- 6.23″ FHD+ Display with 82.5% Screen-to-Body Ratio
- MediaTek Helio P60 Octa-Core Processor
- 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM
- 16 MP rear camera and 25 MP front camera
- 3400 mAh battery
The Oppo F7 is Oppo’s attempt at Bezel-Less Displays and we have to admit it is a good one. The 6.23″ FHD+ display is great overall and gives you the full Bezel-Less experience. The display is remarkably good and color reproduction is accurate at all times. Sunlight readability is also good and viewing angles aren’t a problem. The 19:9 Aspect ratio gives you larger screen space and most of the apps are optimized to adjust with the notch at the top which can also be disabled. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 which is a great addition.
The Oppo F7 performs very well in day-to-day tasks and heavy gaming. The Helio P60 from MediaTek outperforms the SD626 and equals the SD636 in both CPU and GPU performance. The Helio P60 has a 12nm architecture which makes it more efficient. The Oppo F7 has 4GB of RAM and it is sufficient for all day-to-day tasks and heavy multitasking. The Mali G72 MP3 GPU is adequate for most heavy games and you will have a lag free gaming experience on PUBG and Asphalt 8.
The 3400 mAh battery lasts longer than it does on the competition thanks to the smaller Helio P60 that is more optimized and saves computing power. The battery will last a day easily on heavy to moderate usage, it isn’t the best in class as the Helio P60 may be smaller and optimized it does draw a lot of power. So if you are a power user we suggest you get a power bank. We recommend these top power banks- Top 5 Best Power Banks Under 1500.
The Camera is also impressive on the Oppo F7 and you will find the front 25 MP shooter comparable to high-end smartphones. The front sensor has HDR and works fabulously in any lighting condition. The rear camera has a 16 MP sensor and is decent given the price although it does lack the clarity and depth that the price cannot justify, there is no 4K recording or EIS/OIS present on the F7. But overall the rear camera takes decent daylight shots and usable low-light shots.
The Oppo F7 is a mixed bag in terms of battery and camera performance but it shines through the competition in Display and Performance segments. The Helio P60 delivers snappy performance and manages tasks easily and the 4GB of RAM handles multitasking like a breeze. The display is gorgeous with accurate color reproduction and brightness and it’s safe to say that Oppo F7 will give you the full Bezel-Less experience under 20000 Rs.
- Beautiful notch style display.

- Cheapest Notch Style Smartphone.

Huawei P20 Lite
- The P20 Lite was launched in India with a 24 MP front camera rather than the 16 MP offered in the Global version.
- 19:9 Aspect Ratio 5.84″ Display with FHD+ Resolution and 80.5% Screen-to-Body Ratio
- 16 MP+2 MP rear camera and 24 MP front camera
- Kirin 659 Octa-Core Processor
- 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM Expandable up to 256 GB
- 3000 mAh Battery
The Huawei P20 Lite was Huawei’s take at the Bezel-Less train, and we are quite impressed. The 5.84″ FHD+ display is engraved in an almost bezel-less device and has great viewing angles. The P20 lite features a notch like most of the other entries here but it cannot be removed so you’re stuck with it. That’s not a big issue as more and more apps are optimized every day to adjust with the notch. The display is very good and expansive and we found it quite readable under direct sunlight.
The P20 Lite features a face-unlock option and it works. The Face-Unlock option will unlock the device in less than a second and is very impressive given that most budget attempts at Face-Unlock fail horribly. The Huawei P20 Lite has a glass-metal design and looks fabulous. The back is reflective and gives off very nice tinges. Huawei did a good job of revamping their design prototype and left us impressed.
On the performance side, the P20 Lite disappoints, on paper. The P20 Lite sports a Kirin 659 processor which is inferior to the SD626 in performance and benchmarks. This does not necessarily mean that the P20 Lite is ugly slow or cannot multitask, it is just that for the price, Huawei could have gone for a better processor. The Kirin 659 does an acceptable job and nothing too groundbreaking to discuss. The 3000 mAh battery will last over a day with heavy usage and a full day on moderate usage. There is USB-C type port and the P20 Lite charges fast too. The Battery Saving modes allow you to drop your screen resolution and curtail CPU power.
The Huawei P20 Lite sports a dual Camera setup on the rear with two 16 MP+2 MP sensors. The 2 MP sensor is purely for depth perception and assists the 16 MP Shooter. The daylight shots turn out great and clear with good color reproduction. The front 24 MP shooter does a decent job at taking selfies and wide angles. The camera performance is comparable to other mid-range smartphones although it does lack 4K recording and any kind of image stabilization.
The Huawei P20 Lite might sport a lesser powerful processor than its competition, but it gets the job done and in real-world tests, it does not seem slow. There is a minimal gap in between shots and the front camera is great for wide angles and mild bokehs. The selling point of the P20 Lite will remain the Bezel-Less display which is gorgeous in all regards and provides an immersive viewing experience making it a worthy addition to our list of best bezel less phone in India under 20000.
- Compact and well-built
- Vibrant display
- Sleek design
- Average performance
- Disappointing battery life
Redmi Note 5 Pro
- The Redmi Note 5 Pro has one of the most powerful processors in our list of Best Bezel-Less Phones under 20000 Rs in India.
- Rear camera: 12 MP + 5MP dual camera with LED Flash
- Front camera: 20 MP with LED flash
- 5.99-inch Full HD+ display with 2.5 D curved glass (18:9 aspect ratio)
- 1.8 GHz Snapdragon 636 chipset
- 4000 mAh battery
The Redmi Note 5 Pro has a 5.99″ display with 77.5% Screen-to-Body ratio at FHD+ resolution. The display isn’t truly bezel-less but it has minutely thin bezels and thus it qualifies for our list. The display on the Note 5 Pro is a noticeable improvement over its predecessors. The colors are accurate and the brightness issue is fixed. The display does not sport a notch and that saves it from apps unoptimized for the notch. The 18:9 resolution works fine without the notch and viewing experience is great. Sunlight readability is also acceptable and overall the display on the Note 5 Pro delivers the full package.
The SD636 on the Redmi Note 5 Pro sports custom Kyro cores with Tru-Octa core clocked at 1.8 GHz. This gives it an edge over the competition in terms of performance. The Note 5 Pro is noticeably faster than the competition and beats them in benchmarks. The Adreno 509 GPU is great for gaming and the CPU and GPU coupled, give an unbeatable performance in the budget segment.
The battery on the Note 5 Pro is quite impressive. It will last over 14 hours on moderate usage and even on heavy usage, you can squeeze through a day of battery life. The Note 5 Pro sports an unspecified version of the Corning Gorilla Glass and we will update this space as we get more info. The 6GB of RAM on the Note 5 Pro is also adequate for more than just light multitasking. It can easily handle a few renders and heavy editing.
The Camera on the Note 5 Pro is a true improvement upon the previous Redmi devices. The bokeh has improved but still, the Mi A1 manages this better due to its telephoto lens. The Note 5 Pro has a depth-sensing second sensor which delivers usable bokeh shots. The low-light performance has improved considerably on the Note 5 Pro. The camera performance is decent but Moto G5 Plus is still the better option here if you want the best camera performance in the budget segment.
The Redmi Note 5 Pro isn’t truly bezel-less but due its sheer performance and power, we had to add it to our list. That does not mean that the display isn’t impressive. It has very thin bezels if not bezel-less and features the 18:9 Aspect Ratio. The Note 5 Pro has a lot to offer and a great display is one of them. The SD636, 6GB of RAM and the 5.99″ FHD+ display make it a worthy purchase and an equally worthy addition to our list of best bezel-less phones in india.

The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is a breath of fresh air in the Xiaomi led budget segment. Max Pro M1 managed to dethrone the Redmi series with it spec sheet and there is a lot to love. The display is a 5.99″ 18:9 aspect ratio with FHD+ resolution. It has a 77% screen-to-body ratio. Not completely bezel-less, the Max Pro M1 does have considerably slim bezels. It lacks the notch which is not an issue at the technology is still developing. The display is gorgeous and can be easily viewed under direct sunlight. The viewing angles are great and offer vivid viewing quality.
The Snapdragon 636 Octa-Core processor is the best one you can get in the budget segment. It is fast, it is adequate. The Max Pro M1 is insanely fast and doesn’t feel slow, ever. The Adreno 509 GPU is great for heavy games and you will butter through heavy games like PUBG or Asphalt 8. The Max Pro M1 managed to impress the masses with its price and functionality.
The battery on the Max Pro M1 is huge. The 5000 mAh battery is a wonder. It lasts for 2 days on moderate usage and over a day on heavy usage. The battery is greatly optimized and we were very impressed by how long it lasts. Asus ditched the ZenUI and went for stock Android which is a welcome addition as stock always feels best. The storage is expandable up to 400GB through a dedicated SD-Card slot which is also a great expansion option.
The camera on the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is what we thought it would be. Being a budget smartphone it delivers good shots though it is not comparable to the likes of Redmi Note 5 Pro or G5 Plus. Though we were not disappointed with the cameras as we know what to expect from a budget device. Average low-light performance, decent daylight shots.
The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is a great choice if you want to experience the Full-Screen Display in a budget. The display is very impressive and the performance is better than most devices at this price. The Max Pro M1 is a great choice as it has quite a few strong points, the battery is outstanding, the performance is great, the display is beautiful. The bezel-less experience isn’t quite there but you get a full-screen display and that qualifies as bezel-less with thin bezels so we have added it to our list of bezel phones in India.
- Huge 5000 mAh battery.
- Good Display.
- Dual Rear Camera.
- Comes with an Amplifier
- Weighs 180 gram.
- Slow Fingerprint Sensor.
- No EIS/OIS.
- The Honor 9i features 4 cameras, 2 on the rear and 2 on the front, which is quite unique for a budget smartphone under 20000.
- 5.84″ FHD+ Display with 19:9 Aspect Ratio and 79.5% Screen-to-Body ratio
- 16 MP+2 MP rear and 13 MP+2 MP front camera
- Kirin 659 Octa-Core Processor
- 3340 mAh Battery
- 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM
The Honor 9i isn’t marketed as a bezel-less device. It was pushed with the claim of having 4 cameras, but it does have a decent 19:9 display with FHD+ resolution. The screen-to-body ratio is great and the bezels are also thin, there is no notch here which can be a good or bad thing based on personal preference. The Display is decent and clear though sunlight readability might not be great. But overall the Honor 9i sports a great display with plentiful viewing angles and the FulView experience.
The Honor 9i features a Kirin 659 Octa-Core processor which is slower than its Snapdragon counterparts and the performance is definitely not as snappy as in other SD devices. This translates to a bit choppier performance though it will hold good for most average users. Power users though will have a bit of a problem as the device does tend to heat up slightly under loads. That said it is not entirely average as the Kirin 659 is a decent processor and can handle most day-to-day tasks easily.
The cameras on the Honor 9i are the main USP of the device though they are not as good as they are advertised to be. Given the price the cameras are great but still, the Moto G5 Plus takes the cake here. The camera performance is what you would expect a low-end budget phone to have. The low-light shots are average but usable. The second 2 MP sensors help a bit in the differentiating the subject. The front camera is good for selfies and delivers some decent shots under good lighting. There isn’t a groundbreaking improvement in the camera segment as advertised by Honor.
The Honor 9i sports a 3340 mAh battery but no fast charging. The 3340 mAh battery will last over a day under light usage but will drain faster under heavy usage and will need a recharge soon. The Honor 9i has a great UI which is very feature-rich and provides a lot of personalization options. The RAM management on the 9i is great and you will find yourself with a lot of free RAM for multitasking even with background apps running.
The Honor 9i may not be a great performer in terms of processor and camera, but it has a gorgeous display. The clarity and color reproduction is great and we liked the efforts Honor put into it. The battery is OK but not that great. Overall the Honor 9i is a good package if you a FullView display is your preference. The Honor 9i is slower than its competition but features a better display than most other budget devices so we have included it in our list of best bezel-less phones in India under 20000.
