Xperia R1 and R1 plus Cons:

  1. Battery life:

The battery given by the phone is only 2620 mAh. The battery is a little low for the phone of this cost. The major competitors like Redmi Note 4, Oppo F3 etc. are providing much more battery life at this cost. Even with the type c charging mode, the battery life is not expected to last that much longer.

  1. Overall camera:

The camera is of good quality but if we compare to the other phones like Xiaomi Mi A1 this camera is not enough. Xiaomi Provides dual camera at this cost.

  1. Fingerprint Sensor:

Now, this feature is also not available in the Xperia R1 and R1 plus. Most of the phones of this range provide the fingerprint sensor with their phones.

  1. Sensors:

Many sensors are missing from the phone like the compass and gyroscope sensor. Without the gyroscope sensor, you cannot access the VR feature.

  1. Hybrid Sim Slot:

The hybrid Sim Slot limits your capacity to insert an external memory card in it. You can use 2 sim cards together or 1 Sim + 1 memory card at a time.

These were some pros and cons of the Xperia r1 and r1 plus. Now both the devices have very little difference between them and are very much similar to each other. The only difference in them is in the terms of memory.
